Ketogena dijeta i mitohondriji
Posted on: 29. prosinca 2015Ako želimo živjeti duže i kvalitetnije, moramo čuvati svoje mitohondrije.
Sve veći broj istraživanja ukazuju da je jedan od načina za to ketogena dijeta.
Učinci ovog načina prehrane na mitohondrijske funkcije su:
1) Povećan broj mitohondrija.
2) Podizanje razine antioksidanasa.
3) Smanjuje razine reaktivnih kisikovih spojeva kroz povećanje razine antioksidansa i preko još jednog odvojenog mehanizam putem proteina koji se nalazi na unutarnjoj mitohondrijskoj membrani.
